Lease Application Fees

Lease application fee – $150.00 Make check payable to: Frenchman’s Reserve Master Association

Estoppel requests and check payment must be sent to Frenchman’s Reserve POA , 3350 Grande Corniche, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.   The fee is $299 for a 10 business day estoppel and $418 for an expedited 3 business day request.  Contact the Frenchman’s Reserve POA office before submitting an estoppel request at (561) 626-2874 or [email protected] to confirm current estoppel fees and information.  *Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club is has a separate estoppel/membership process. A one time capital contribution equal to one quarter’s dues on all changes of ownership is collected at closing.

Quarterly Association Dues for 2024 – due on the first day of each quarter (Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and Oct 1)

• Chambord:  $5,100.00
• Custom Homes on Hermitage:  $2,606.00
• Single Family Homes:  $3,120.00

Association Maintenance Includes:
24/7 Manned Security Gate, Television and Internet Service Package, Alarm Monitoring Services, Landscaping Services, Common Area Maintenance, On-Site POA Staff.

ACC – Architectural Review:
All exterior modification applications are due on the first Wednesday of each month.  Any exterior change of a home including adding or removing any landscaping, exterior lights, or hardscape, must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee.  Application forms available in the POA office or by clicking the link below.
